Guest Guidelines

We’re so glad you’re considering a stay with us! To help make sure the home stays comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few key details to know before booking.

1. Guest Limit: The property can accommodate up to 16 overnight guests, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy their stay.

2. Parking: Up to 6 vehicles may be parked at the property. If your group will have more than 6 vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can assist with offsite parking arrangements nearby.

3. Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.

4. Pets: No pets are allowed. We understand pets are part of the family, but to maintain the quality of the home and respect guests with allergies, this rule is firm.

5. Events: No weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar gatherings of any kind. This home is intended only for registered guests to enjoy as a peaceful and private retreat.We receive many requests for events, but please understand that our insurance, local regulations, and neighborhood agreements strictly prohibit them. We cannot make exceptions, even for small ceremonies, dinners, or “quiet” gatherings. If an event is held or additional guests are invited, the security deposit will be forfeited and the reservation may be terminated immediately.

6. Check In-Out:

Oregon Ocean Home: Check-in at 5:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM
Pool House: Check-in at 5:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM

Because of the size of our homes and the detailed care our cleaning teams provide between guests, we’re unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We truly appreciate your understanding as this time ensures the home is perfectly prepared for your stay.
